All students are required to dress in P.E. appropriate clothing, either a Cosumnes Oaks High School P.E. uniform or plain navy shorts with a plain gray to P.E. students will also need a combination lock (available for purchase through our Student Store). Students dress for P.E. the second day of school.

 

P.E. clothes will be available for sale for freshmen after Welcome to the Den (Freshmen Orientation) on August 9, 2019, beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room. In addition, P.E. gear is available for purchase through the Student Store on regular school days.

 

Ninth grade students are required to take the Fitnessgram Physical Fitness Test. There are six components to the Fitnessgram; students MUST pass 5 out of 6 components. Any 9th grade student who does not pass the Fitnessgram will be retested in 10th grade. If a student is unable to pass during sophomore year, the student is required to take an additional year of P.E. during their junior year.
