STUDENT ID CARDS!

ID Number: For safety reasons, it is imperative that students have in their possession a valid COHS picture ID card during the school year. These ID cards with bar code allow us to identify students vs. non-students, allow students to check out library and text books, will be required for the assisted lunch program and will be used to admit students to campus activities. Please insist that your son/ daughter carry their ID cards at all times much like a driver’s license and should be prepared to present it when asked. .

Parents: You should be prepared to provide your student’s ID number whenever you call the office regarding your student. This helps us provide more efficient customer service and will speed the processing of your request. Students are required to carry a current Student ID Card on campus

Replacement ID Cards are $5 each during the 2016-2017 school year. Replacement cards may be purchased and printed at the library.

We are continuing to utilize the X-1 system by Lifetouch, so each of our students will receive a picture proof. One of the really outstanding features of this new photographic system is that parents can choose their own background for their student pictures. More information will be available prior to picture day.

Why a ASB CARD?An ASB Card is a discount ID card sold by Cosumnes Oaks High School. The card is designed to save students money. ASB cards provide students with FREE admission to most home athletic contests; discounts on dances; and authorize guest passes for COHS dances, plays, shows, and other events. Cards may be purchased at the Student Store and at Return to the Den Day. The cost is $40. In addition to the discounts, card holders will also receive color ID Cards.
