COSUMNES OAKS WINTER ART SHOW COMING FRIDAY, JANUARY 25TH!

The Cosumnes Oaks High School Visual Arts Department cordially invites you to their 2019 Winter Art Show. This is a free event being held on Friday, January 25th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the Culinary Arts building.

They will be showcasing student work from all the visual arts classes including Photography, Drawing, Painting, Graphics and Ceramics. Come see all the amazing art that is being created here at COHS! See you there Wolfpack!

CTE PATHWAYS AND ACADEMIES INFORMATION NIGHT COMING JAN 15TH!
Attention Parents and Students!  Mark your calendars AND plan to attend Cosumnes Oaks HS CTE Pathways and Academies information night on January 15th here on campus from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm. 

You will meet the teachers, meet current students, and take a tour of the classrooms during this event. If you attend, please park in the Culinary Parking Lot.


Students can pick up a CTE Pathway and Academy application form in the Career Center, during information night or from teachers in their respective classrooms. See below. Applications are due Friday, January 22, 2019.

ATTENTION STUDENTS! REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED FOR THE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY CHALLENGE EXAM THRU JAN 23RD! APPLY NOW!

Do you consider yourself a proficient typist and master of Microsoft 2010 Office software? Then, the Computer Technology Challenge Exam could be the test for you! This is a district CHALLENGE Exam and can only be taken by students who have not already been enrolled or completed the Computer Technology class. Students from other EGUSD high schools are also eligible to take this proficiency exam.

Cosumnes Oaks Business Department
is holding a Computer Tech Proficiency (Challenge) exam on Thursday, January 24th in Room HG2.  On day of exam, all students must have their ID card and arrive by 3:30 pm sharp! The testing room is locked at 3:30 pm. If you do not have your ID you will be turned away. Your cell phone is to be off and out of sight during the testing period. If found in sight, you will be disqualified and sent out of testing room with NO PASS. Make sure you take care of personal business before the test begins @ 3:30pm. You will not be allowed to leave the room until your test is completed and submitted for scoring.

Registration Deadline is Wednesday, January 23rd.  No extensions will be given!  Make sure to drop off your completed and signed registration form to Ms. De Coux-Lantay in Room HG2 or place in her mailbox by 3:30 pm

ATTENTION STUDENTS! BUY YOUR BLACK LIGHT DANCE TICKETS NOW AND SUBMIT YOUR GUEST PASS APPLICATIONS BY JAN 18TH!
Tickets are now on sale for the Black light Winter Dance being held Saturday,January 26. Tickets can be purchased at the Student Store during both lunches and will be sold until Friday, January 25th.

Tickets are $15 with ASB card and $20 without. NO TICKETS will be sold after school on Friday, January 25th.

ATTENTION 2019 SENIORS & PARENTS! 
You are encouraged to apply for scholarships that may meet your future educational goals. Even if your educational goals are not definite there are scholarships for general education, as well as for decided majors in teaching, art, engineering, business, economics, liberal arts, law, technical, journalism, computer sciences, telecommunications, and more.
