School Identification Cards:
  • Current student ID cards are required each day on campus, and are needed for all library services and activities.
  • Students will be issued an ID card each year. The first one is free of charge, and is coordinated through the Student Activities Director. Students who enroll after fall make-up pictures will receive their initial card in the Library.
  • Replacement ID cards cost $5.00. Students may request a replacement ID card at the Student Store. Payment is due at time of request. After payment, bring the receipt to the Library where it will be printed.
  • Current school ID is required to check out textbooks.
  • Student assumes loss and damage responsibility for exact textbook copies issued.
  • Carefully check condition of each text. Report existing damage to library staff within 7 days of check out. Only library staff may make damage notes in textbooks.
  • Students with overdue textbooks or fines will be placed on the "No Activities" list until items are returned, replaced, or paid.
  • Fines will be assessed at current replacement cost for lost or damaged textbooks.
  • Damage that results while a book is lost is the responsibility of the student to whom the text is checked out.
  • Refunds will be issued for textbooks that are returned after payment is received.

For next school year all Elk Grove School District middle and high schools will have access to the complete suite of EBSCO databases. This is what the UC’s, CSU’s, and most California community colleges use. These databases are extensive! At the log in screen you will see some of our offerings … you can see there are specific collections for science, EL, history and literature, as well as general collections (Explora, eBook collections, Points of View, and Biography).

If you need to access remotely (outside) of School network
