You can still Print/Fill out the Membership application (below) and also use to pay membership (state/national) dues:.

COHS 2018-2019 FBLA Application/Chapter Dues Form

Students can pay their membership dues at the Student Store. Pay in cash or with check. Place your Student ID on the MEMO section of check. Make checks payable to: COHS FBLA and turn in your completed membership application form to FBLA Adviser, Ms. De Coux-Lantay in room HG2 before/after school!
